Each month on E-Day, our corporate office in Richmond, Virginia, opens its doors to welcome franchise candidates to a day where they get to discover Empower Brands as an organization and meet with both brand-specific and shared service teams. We want to give every franchise prospect the chance to get to know our people, experience the company atmosphere and culture, and ask one-on-one questions. It’s basically a full-day job interview in reverse. And it’s a lot of fun to meet these enthusiastic entrepreneurs.

How E-Day Unfolds
In the weeks leading up to E-Day, our Franchise Development Team spends weeks carefully leading candidates through a discovery process. Tangentially, a cross-departmental task force gathers to ensure everything is in place for a successful event. Our goal is to make sure every person who attends E-Day goes home understanding our mission, core values, and unwavering commitment to championing the success of our franchisees.
E-Day breaks down all the ways we exist as a franchisor to champion their success as franchise owners. We walk them through the various roles and contributions of our leadership team; the brand team and operations; our process for offering training and support; and to see the way our shared services—IT, onboarding, finance, and marketing—are designed to help them move from start-up to seasoned business.
